TyrellN6 is a compact and powerful virtual analog synthesizer developed as a freeware collaboration inspired by a hardware concept that was never realized. Designed to deliver a streamlined user experience, it features a classic synth architecture with a focus on quick and intuitive workflow. The software avoids complex menu navigation or panel switching, making sound design straightforward and enjoyable.

This synth offers two oscillators, noise generation, and a ring modulator, complemented by two host-syncable LFOs with multiple waveform options. Its audio mixer includes authentic overdrive and filter feedback, while the twin filter design shares heritage with another well-known synth engine. The unison mode supports up to eight voices, and the analogue-style ADSR envelopes can be looped or triggered by LFOs, providing dynamic modulation possibilities.

Further enhancing creativity, TyrellN6 incorporates a small modulation matrix, chorus effect with three selectable modes, and comprehensive MIDI learn functionality for easy hardware integration. The user interface is resizable and skinnable, allowing customization from 50% to 200% scale.
